A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 4304 167 Avenue NW. The application proposes to rezone the property from Low Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) and Residential Mixed Dwelling Zone (RMD) to Low Intensity Business Zone (CB1) and Low Rise Apartment Zone (RA7).
An associated amendment to Cy Becker Neighbourhood Structure Plan proposes to replace low density residential with a medium density residential site north of Cy Becker Drive.
The application also proposes a plan amendment to the Pilot Sound Area Structure Plan to allow a 1.54 hectare neighbourhood commercial site north of 167 Avenue NW and west of 44 Street NW.
A Traffic Impact Assessment has been submitted as part of the technical review for this application.
