The proposed zones will allow for the development of low-density housing, low-rise multi-unit housing, and park and commercial uses. The proposed rezoning may include the following uses in the form of:
- A public park (AP)
- Single-detached housing, garden suites, and secondary suites (RLD)
- Row housing (RF5)
- Multi-unit housing, up to 16 metres in height (4 storeys) with limited ground floor commercial uses (RA7)
- Convenience retail stores, personal shops, professional, financial and office support services (CNC)
The proposed rezoning conforms with the Crystallina Nera East Neighbourhood Structure Plan.
