A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 9503 98 Avenue NW.

This application proposes to rezone the site from Neighbourhood Convenience Commercial Zone (CSC) to Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7).

An associated amendment to the relevant figures and policies of the Cloverdale Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) is also included to ensure the rezoning complies with the ARP.

The proposal would allow for a 16-metre high (approximately 4-storey) residential building with limited commercial opportunities at ground level, such as child care services, general retail stores and specialty food services.

Go to maps.edmonton.ca, and select "Zoning” from the menu
Navigate to an area on the map or enter an address to search
In the top right legend, select the green checkbox for “In progress rezoning applications”
Information like the application date, status and a link to the current (more detailed) document(s) is shown in the box at the bottom of the page
