The proposed Low-Intensity Business Zone (CB1) would allow for the development of commercial, office and services uses and limited residential related uses located along arterial roadways. The CB1 Zone would allow for:
- A maximum height of 12.0 metres
- A maximum Floor Area Ratio of 2.0; and
- Opportunities for residential development above the first storey
An associated application has been made to amend the Charlesworth Area Structure Plan to align with the proposed rezoning.
