planning application (map) has been received for a property at 12719 Victoria Trail NW.

The application has two parts: a rezoning and a plan amendment. 

The rezoning proposes to rezone the site from the Neighbourhood Convenience Commercial Zone (CNC) to a Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2). The  proposed DC2 Provision would allow for townhouse residential development, mid-rise residential housing, and stand-alone commercial locations.

The  plan amendment proposes to change the Hermitage General Outline Plan from Commercial to Mixed Use in order to support row housing and mid-rise apartment dwellings.
