The application proposed to rezone the property from Semi-detached Residential Zone (RF4) to Small-Scale Infill Development Zone (RF3)
The approved zoning would allow for a mix of small-scale housing including Single-detached, Semi-detached, Duplex and Multi-unit Housing. The applicant intends to develop row housing. 

The zoning is subject to the Mature Neighbourhood Overlay, which is designed to ensure that infill development, such as row housing, is sensitive to its surrounding context. The proposed development will be limited to a maximum height of 8.9 metres and any vehicular access will be required from the alley.
The application included an amendment to the Jasper Place Area Redevelopment Plan to enable the proposed rezoning.
