Ahas been received for properties at 13603 and 13635 66 Street NW.
The proposed CB1 Zone will allow for low-intensity commercial, office and service uses, and limited residential uses at the intersection of two arterial roads, 66 Street NW and 137 Avenue NW.
Development in the CB1 Zone is intended to be sensitive and in scale with existing development along the commercial street and surrounding residential neighbourhood.
