Ahas been received for portions of a property at 1111 23 Avenue NW.
The application proposes to rezone portions of the property from the Agricultural Zone (AG) to the Residential Low-Density Zone (RLD) and from the Agricultural Zone (AG) to a Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The purpose of theis to allow for shallow width multi-unit housing (row housing) with additional density compared to the comparable Row Housing Zone (RF5). The rezoning to the Residential Low-Density Zone will allow for the development of a variety of low-density housing forms.
The application conforms to the Aster Neighbourhood Structure Plan, which designates the area for row housing uses.
