About the Proposal
The proposed development would be on the northwest corner of 109 Street NW and 69 Avenue NW.
This application proposed to rezone land at 10906 69 Avenue NW from Low Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The proposed development would allow for a residential building approximately 4 storeys in height, facing 109 Street NW. Other features include:
- A maximum of 28 residential dwellings
- Family-oriented dwellings
- Parking access from the lane
- Protection of existing mature boulevard trees
