Proposed rezoning on the east side of 106 Street NW north of Jasper Avenue NW for a high-rise residential tower with limited commercial development.
A planning application has been received to rezone 10123 and 10145 106 Street NW.

From May 3 to 17, 2021 feedback was collected online through the Engaged Edmonton online virtual engagement tool, in lieu of an in-person engagement session.
A What We Heard Report has been created that summarizes the feedback received. This report will be shared with City Council if and when this application proceeds forward to a Public Hearing.

About The Application
The proposed rezoning is from the Urban Warehouse Zone (UW) to a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The proposed DC2 Provision would allow for a mixed-use tower with the following key characteristics:
- A maximum height of 155 metres
- A maximum floor area ratio (FAR) of 13.5
- Up to 550 residential dwellings
- 500 square metres of commercial space
An accompanying application has been made to amend 3 maps in the Edmonton Zoning Bylaw associated with the Downtown Special Area to reflect the proposed changes.
