About The Application
The proposed rezoning is from Low Intensity Business Zone (CB1) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The proposed DC2 Provision and appendices would allow for a high-density residential tower with ground level commercial and the following characteristics:
- A maximum height of 82 metres (approximately 26 storeys)
- A maximum podium height of 13.5 metres (approximately 3 storeys)
- A maximum Floor Area Ratio of 11
- A maximum of 215 dwellings
- Underground parkade with access from the lane
An associated application has been made to amend the Oliver Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) to change current policy that does not support the development of this intensity at this location.
