We welcome your feedback about the new bus network that is launching April 25, 2021. The new network is designed to better connect customers through more direct and frequent routes.
Due to the amount of advance work that is required, the routes are now finalized for the launch. Future trip planning for individual routes will be available online in mid-March 2021. However, last minute route changes or detours may be required due to unplanned road closures.
We know it will take some time to get the new network running as intended and for customers to become familiar with the system. You can use this form to share your comments about the new bus network, send feedback for possible adjustments in the future, or let us know what you like about the new bus routes.
We will be looking at feedback trends from customers to help us evaluate the network and guide any potential larger adjustments to the network in 2022.
