Kinistinâw Park Consultation
A new park is planned along the east side of the Armature for the block between 102A Avenue and 103A Avenue. Once fully constructed, the park will be approximately one and a half city blocks in size.
Public consultation on the park design is complete and park construction is planned to begin in early 2019.

The Quarter Note Hotel
Located at 9576 Jasper Avenue, this stunning new hotel is the first hotel to be built in the downtown in the past 30 years. The hotel officially opened in fall 2016.
