Annexation St Albert

The City of St. Albert is proposing to annex approximately 38 hectares (94 acres) of land from the City of Edmonton north of Anthony Henday Drive and east of Ray Gibbon Drive. The annexation process was formally initiated on January 11, 2016 by St. Albert City Council.

This land was fragmented by the construction of Anthony Henday Drive and the main purpose of the annexation is to adjust the boundary to match the Transportation Utility Corridor of Anthony Henday Drive. Should the annexation application proceed, the City of St. Albert will assume the operation and maintenance of the lands.

Please visit the City of St. Albert’s City of St. Albert's website for more information about the annexation.
