Height: Maximum of 14.5 metres (approximately 4 storeys) 

Zoning: RA7 (low rise apartment zone)

Operator: To be selected by Homeward Trust through a competitive process in early 2022. 

Site Activity

Update — July 2021

Pile installation and foundation work are complete. Construction on main floor columns, elevator and stair cores, and second-floor structural slabs will take place in July and August. Work is progressing as per the current project schedule with completion by the end of 2021.

Previous Updates

Hazardous material was safely removed from the buildings before demolition. The removal of trees was completed in adherence to the Corporate Tree Management Policy that ensures growth, sustainability, acquisition, stewardship, maintenance, protection and preservation of Edmonton's Urban Forest.

The City and its partners adhere to the Community Standards Bylaw (Construction Activities, P. 12) and will keep noise at or under acceptable level thresholds.
