This new tool provides a bird’s eye view of every rooftop and helps homeowners understand their solar potential and the environmental and financial benefits they can expect.

Our Building Energy Benchmarking Program improves building energy efficiency, and contributes to significant energy savings and greenhouse gas reduction by providing owners with information about their building. The program supports building owners and operators to reduce energy consumption.
The Building Energy Retrofit Acclerator (BERA) Program helps facilitate renovations that improve energy efficiency in commercial and institutional buildings. Upgrades to HVAC systems, windows, lighting fixtures, building envelopes and more are eligible for rebates, up to $125,000 per building, per year.
Commercial CEIP is a financing tool for commercial property owners to help fund energy efficiency upgrades and/or renewable energy installations with a competitive interest rate and repayment terms of up to 20 years (depending on the type of upgrade).

Corporate Climate Leaders Program
The Corporate Climate Leaders Program helps corporations take action on climate change through active greenhouse gas (GHG) management across their operations. There is a rebate for 50% of the costs of hiring an organization to help them meet the program commitments.
We partnered with Alberta Ecotrust to provide Climate Innovation Fund Grants. This program targets the major urban greenhouse gas emissions sources in Edmonton and aims to support a broad range of climate-positive interventions while ensuring an equitable and just future for all Albertans.
Projects supported through the program may cover a diverse range of activities, from technology demonstration to collective impact and policy advancement.
