Residential Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP)

The Residential Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP) is a financing tool for residential property owners to help fund energy efficiency upgrades and/or renewable energy installations with a competitive interest rate and repayment terms. Community Climate Adaptation Micro Grant

Community Climate Adaptation Micro Grants between $500 and $5,000 to support neighbourhood-driven climate adaptation projects and events that build connections, collaborations or partnerships with neighbours and community.

Energy Efficiency and Conservation in Large Buildings

Learn how energy efficiency and conservation can be incorporated into large buildings

Building Energy Benchmarking Program

Our Building Energy Benchmarking Program improves building energy efficiency, and contributes to significant energy savings and greenhouse gas reduction by providing owners with information about their building. The program supports building owners and operators to reduce energy consumption.

Commercial Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP)

Commercial CEIP is a financing tool for commercial property owners to help fund energy efficiency upgrades and/or renewable energy installations with a competitive interest rate and repayment terms of up to 20 years (depending on the type of upgrade).

Climate Innovation Fund Grants

We partnered with Alberta Ecotrust to provide Climate Innovation Fund Grants. This program targets the major urban greenhouse gas emissions sources in Edmonton and aims to support a broad range of climate-positive interventions while ensuring an equitable and just future for all Albertans.

Projects supported through the program may cover a diverse range of activities, from technology demonstration to collective impact and policy advancement.

CitiesIPCC Legacy Grants

With support from Alberta EcoTrust, we offered the CitiesIPCC Legacy research grants to help advance knowledge about how Edmonton can become an energy sustainable and climate resilient city. Brownfield Redevelopment Grants

The Brownfield Redevelopment Grant Program promotes redevelopment of qualified brownfield properties by helping cover some of the testing and remediation costs.
