DATS fares are based on regular Edmonton Transit Service fares and are approved annually by City Council. DATS users may pay fare in cash (exact change), by ETS transit ticket or by a pass. Cash fares and/or tickets are collected by DATS operators. Pass holders must show their pass to the operator each time they travel on DATS.
Fares not currently accepted on DATS include the ETS Adult Monthly Pass and AISH Pass.
Starting September 1, 2017 all ETS fare will be accepted for registered clients on DATS, including CNIB cards, ETS monthly passes, day passes and Ride Transit passes.

Attendants Ride Free
A designated mandatory attendant travels free on DATS while accompanying a fare paying DATS registrant. Children, aged five years and younger, of a registered user ride free of charge. On regular ETS, any attendant with a fare paying DATS registrant can travel free.
Escorts accompanying a registered DATS client must pay cash fare or use tickets to ride DATS. DATS Escorts ride free on conventional ETS and LRT.

ETS Customer Service Office
The ETS Customer Service office is located in the Edmonton Service Centre 10111 104 Avenue. It provides lost and found and sells all ETS passes and tickets including the ETS Senior Annual Pass. Visa/Mastercard/American Express, cash and debit are accepted for purchasing fare products.
The Customer Services office is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm; closed on statutory holidays.
