Commendations and Suggestions

If you are happy with the service you are getting from our DATS Operators and staff, let us know by calling in a commendation at 780-496-4567, option 4. You can also call in any suggestions or comments you have about DATS.

Community Relations

DATS provides information sessions on DATS and ETS accessible services to interested organizations, free of charge. Information presented includes how DATS operates, registration and booking procedures, and suggestions for making better use of the system in times of increased demand. Accessible transit services and other alternatives are also covered.

Now it is easier for you to let the Customer Service Team at DATS know about any commendations or complaints you have!

Simply fill out the Online DATS Commendations & Complaint Form on your computer, save it, and email it to dats@edmonton.ca or fax it to 780-496-2883.
Your completed form will be reviewed and if you would like, DATS will contact you afterwards.
