Ahas been received for properties at 13006 50 Street NW and 5074 130 Avenue NW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from an existing Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2.368) to the General Business Zone (CB2).
The proposed General Business Zone (CB2) will provide for commercial uses that require a large site as well as good visibility and access to the adjacent major public roadway, 50 Street NW. The application includes an amendment to the Kennedale Industrial Area Structure Plan to align with the proposed rezoning.
