The Muttart Conservatory remains closed in compliance with the current provincial public health orders. We look forward to welcoming visitors back when it is deemed safe to do so, and we are excited to show off improvements that have been made to the facility over the past 18 months. The Muttart has been identified in Step 3 of the Province’s relaunch plan. We are caring for the plants and preparing for when we are able to reopen.

Take some time to stroll through the beautiful outdoor grounds at the Muttart Conservatory. We are located in Edmonton’s river valley with easy access to numerous walking trails and bike paths. On our grounds, you can view our numerous plant beds that are cared for by our horticultural team. We also showcase specialty beds that are cared for by the Edmonton Horticultural Society and the Edmonton Native Plant Council.
