To ensure that all participants have a safe and positive experience at our spray decks, please adhere to these rules and guidelines:

  • Appropriate swimwear is required (swimming suits). Note: Any young children who are not toilet trained must wear rubber fitting pants over disposable water diapers and bathing suits.
  • All children under the age of 6 years must be accompanied by an adult or responsible person of 13 years (or older) actively supervising them at the water play area.
  • Anyone having a skin disease, sores, or inflamed eyes, colds, nasal or ear discharge, or communicable disease will not be permitted in the water play area.
  • Any person with diarrhea or a history of diarrhea over the past two weeks must not use the water play facility.
  • Pushing, chasing, fighting, roughhousing, running in or around the water play area is not allowed.
  • Food is not be consumed in the water play area.
  • No drinking, spitting or spouting of water from the features.
  • Keep pets out of the water play area.
  • All persons must walk slowly in the water play area.
  • Customers exhibiting foul language, and/or disruptive behaviour, including disregard for staff authority, will be asked to leave the water play area.
  • Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs/substances are prohibitied.
  • Patrons who are suspected of being under the influence or possession of the above substances will be asked to leave the facility immediately or be turned over to the police.
  • No use of water balloons in the area.
  • No urinating in the water play area.
  • No glass containers in the water play area.
  • Bikes, skateboards, rollerblades and scooters are not permitted in the water play area.
