A planning application (map) has been received for a road right-of-way near 10213 125 Street NW and 12418 102 Avenue NW.

The application proposes to close a legal road right-of-way between a residential and a commercial property. The area is not currently developed as a road or walkway.

The applicant intends to purchase and consolidate the area with the commercial parcel to the south.

11039 130 Street NW

A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 11039 130 Street NW.

The application has a proposal to rezone the site from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1), to Low Rise Apartment Zone (RA7). An amendment to the West Ingle Area Redevelopment Plan is also proposed, to reflect this zone change on a zoning map.

The applicant intends to consolidate this lot with the two lots to the north, which are already zoned RA7, and develop a low-rise apartment.

The application proposes to change the zoning from Direct Development Control Provision (DC1) to Direct Development Control Provision (DC1)

The application proposes to add the Cannabis Retail Sales use to the 104 Avenue Corridor Area DC1, Area 4.

A planning application has been received for a property at 10643 124 Street NW.
The application proposes a rezoning and a plan amendment for the site.
The proposal is to rezone the property, site of the historic Westmount Street Railway Substation No,600, from Public Utility Zone (PU) to Direct Development Control Provision (DC1).

The proposed Direct Development Control Provision (DC1) would facilitate the adaptive reuse of the Westmount Street Railway Substation No.600. 

This proposal includes the retention of the historic Street Railway Substation No.600; and development of a two-storey commercial addition oriented towards a walkway connecting 124 Street and the adjacent lane and associated commercial uses. 
An associated plan amendment to the West ingle Area Redevelopment Plan would enable the DC1 zoning and update related maps.

A planning application (map) has been received for neighbouring properties at 10410 126 Street NW and 12606 104 Avenue NW. 

This application proposes to rezone the properties from Small Scale Infill Development Zone (RF3) to a Direct Development Control Provision (DC1).

The Direct Development Control Provision (DC1) is used to protect heritage properties by restricting the development which can take place, and recognizing the protected status as a Designated Municipal Heritage Resource in the Zoning Bylaw.

Clifton Place (West of 125 Street NW and South of 102 Avenue NW) - Approved

A planning application has been approved west of 125 Street NW and south of 102 Avenue NW. The rezoning and plan amendment allows for an 85 metre (approximately up to 28 storey) high-rise residential tower with a 24 metre (approximately six storey) lower base structure.
