The proposed zoning would allow an increase in density with a transition area to the single-detached house to the south. The proposed zones would both allow for Multi-unit Housing. The RA7 Zone has a maximum height of 14.5 m for a flat roof and the RF5 Zone has a maximum height of 10.0 m. The RA7 Zone would also have the opportunity for minor ground floor commercial development.
An associated application has been made to amend the West Ingle Area Redevelopment Plan to enable the above rezoning.
