This application proposed to revise the affordable housing contribution clause in thefor the site. The existing DC2 provision requires the developer to work with a private charity to provide the affordable housing. The proposed revision, which was refused by Council, would have allowed the developer to explore other options for providing the required affordable housing contribution.
The existing DC2 Provision for the site, which allows for a high-rise, high-density mixed-use tower, remains in effect as approved by City Council on.
