A planning application (map) has been received for neighbouring properties at 11339 University Avenue NW, 11343 University Avenue NW, 11347 University Avenue NW, 11361 University Avenue NW, and 7915 114 Street NW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from Small Scale Infill Development Zone (RF3) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The proposed DC2 zoning would allow for the development of a 6-storey residential building with limited commercial uses on the ground floor.
Edmontonians were invited to a drop-in public engagement session on April 2, 2019 to learn more about a proposed rezoning at the southeast corner of University Avenue NW and 114 Street NW.
The proposed rezoning is located in the University Avenue Land Use Precinct within the McKernan-Belgravia Station Area Redevelopment Plan. Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council when the proposed rezoning goes to a future Public Hearing for a decision.
