A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 10342 138 Street NW.
The application proposes to rezone the property from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) to Row Housing Zone (RF5). The proposed rezoning is to provide the opportunity for a low to medium density row housing development. This zone would allow for a height of 8.9 m under the Mature Neighbourhood Overlay (MNO).
However, the Row Housing Zone (RF5) is currently under review through the Missing Middle Zoning Review process. The revised RF5 zone, if approved, would allow for a height of 10.0 m at this location.
