A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 10403 134 Street NW.
The draft DC2 zoning proposes an approximately three-storey commercial building, which would be “developed in a manner that is compatible and sympathetic to the surrounding residential and commercial land uses.”

Edmontonians were invited to a drop-in engagement session on May 1, 2019 to learn more about a proposed rezoning at the northeast corner of 104 Avenue NW and 134 Street NW.
Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council should the proposed rezoning proceed to a future City Council Public Hearing for a decision.
