A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 10342 138 Street NW.
The proposed rezoning is to allow for a small-scale infill development in the form of Row Housing. The site had previously received a rezoning application, LDA19-0204, to the Row Housing Zone (RF5), which went to Public Hearing on November 4, 2019.
Council decided to refuse the application and, in response, the applicant has submitted a revised application. More information can be found in the November 4, 2019 Public Hearing minutes under Item 3.8.
