A planning application has been accepted for neighbouring properties at the northeast corner of Jasper Avenue NW and 108 Street NW.
The application includes properties at 10125 108 Street NW, 10133 108 Street NW, 10722 Jasper Avenue NW, 10744 Jasper Avenue NW, and 10752 Jasper Avenue NW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from Jasper Avenue Main Street Commercial Zone (JAMSC) and Urban Warehouse Zone (UW) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The draft DC2 application proposes a mixed-use development, with two residential towers of 35 and 45 storeys and a connecting mid-rise building. This would allow for up to 1,050 residential units, and commercial uses at street level.

The session provides an opportunity to learn more about the proposed rezoning and share feedback with the City and the applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council when the proposed rezoning goes to a future Public Hearing for a decision.
