The proposed rezoning is from Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to a Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).

The proposed DC2 Provision would allow for the development of a 23.0 metre tall (approximately 6 storey) residential building with the following characteristics:

  • A residential tower approximately 23.0 metres (approximately 6 storeys) in height
  • A maximum Floor Area Ratio of 4.6
  • Up to 95 dwellings
  • Surface parking from the adjacent lane to the north
