The City conducts twelve omnibus city pulse surveys sent to members of the Edmonton Insight Community as well as being open to the general public. These reports represent the monthly city pulse results.
The City is proposing to reduce regulatory barriers to child care service development. Currently, the Zoning Bylaw lists child care services as a discretionary use in some residential zones and a permitted use in other residential zones. The City is proposing to make child care services a permitted use in all residential zones and add floor area and location limitations to support the integration of child care services within neighbourhoods.
