Ownership of the buildings has been transferred to Homeward Trust, and each site is operated by a non-profit organization offering a specialized program for residents. Each site has its own Good Neighbour Plan and issue resolution process.

City-led Developments
The City of Edmonton, in collaboration with Homeward Trust and with funding support from the Government of Canada’s Rapid Housing Initiative, completed 5 new supportive housing sites in 2022. The buildings were designed by GEC Architecture and Delnor Construction was the lead construction partner.
