Facilitated by a Program Leader, guided plantings are fun, inclusive and hands-on educational opportunities in nature. This group volunteer opportunity is perfect for team building. All public health directions must be followed while volunteering.

Root for Trees provides:

  • A Program Leader who guides a planting demonstration, safety talk, and shares interesting facts about Edmonton's urban forest
  • Native trees and shrubs
  • Shovels and gloves
