The Edmonton Energy and Technology Park (EETP) offers over 4,800 hectares of greenfield development designed for petrochemical-based industries, manufacturing, logistics and related support industries.

Located in northeast Edmonton, the EETP is part of Canada’s largest hydrocarbon processing region, Alberta’s Industrial Heartland. The EETP is designed to capitalize on servicing northern Alberta’s resource extraction industry while also growing the petrochemical and manufacturing sectors.

The EETP is aligned to develop opportunities in targeted sectors of Alberta’s resource industry.
The EETP offers land, servicing and operating costs which are competitive with other regional industrial sites.
The EETP’s location in Edmonton’s northeast offers easy access to the north and existing industrial areas.
From heavy industrial to business park, a full range of sites are available in four industrial development areas.
The EETP offers excellent connections to markets and access to utilities.
Recent changes to the EETP zoning and development processes result in expedited development timelines.
