The Downtown Arena Project was a initiative that was opened to the public in 2016 as Rogers Place and the Ice District.

The Downtown Arena & Entertainment District Project was built as a multi-faceted initiative with a number of related facts, issues and decisions pertinent to the longterm revitalization of Edmonton's downtown.
