Reserve spots during public swim times for groups of up to 40 using the Aquatic Reservation Program.
The Aquatic Reservation Program is a reservation booking that allows groups of up to 40 to reserve the required number of spots in the pool during public swim to guarantee that the group can be accommodated and provide front-of-line access for the group upon arrival.
How To Make an Aquatic Reservation
An Aquatic Reservation can be made in-person at a facility or by contacting 311 at least 16 days in advance. Any bookings with less than 16 days notice are required to receive approval from the facility Foreman prior to being booked. Customers will need to supply the number of people at the time of booking.
Water Safety Ambassadors are available upon requests, free of charge, by contacting the Facility Programmer. A Water Safety Ambassador can assist with water safety education, pool orientation and safe use of equipment and use lifejackets.
Aquatic Reservation Fee
The fee for an Aquatic Reservation is $40. Regular Admission fees for the group will be required upon arrival at the facility.
How To Cancel an Aquatic Reservation
To cancel a reservation, call 311 or go in-person to the facility and a refund will be processed.
An Aquatic Reservation can be cancelled up until 16 days before the reservation date to receive a full refund. Any cancellations within 16 days will result in the $40 not being refunded.
- Group Leisure Access Program agencies and organizations are exempt from the $40 charge and can arrange Aquatic Reservations through 311
- City of Edmonton Day Camps are not required to pay the $40 front-of-line fee
- This is only for aquatic public swim bookings, and does not affect group bookings at City of Edmonton attractions
- Kinsmen Sports Centre and Peter Hemingway are currently not part of the Aquatic Reservation Program
