Room Rental: Centre Court
Time Available: 6:30pm-1am Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays
Reception and Banquet Fee: $1,800
Free Parking Available: 85 vehicles (approximately)
Rental package includes:
Guest access to the 4 pyramids until midnight
Use of the outdoor patio until 9pm
An adjacent area for dancing
Custom set up of 5' round tables and chairs (linens are
not provided) Use of a wooden podium

Pre- and post-custodial services
Muttart hosts on site throughout the evening
Caterers and event planners can arrive at 6:30pm via the side entrance and can begin setting up in the Centre Court. All clean up must be done by 1am.

Outside catering is not permitted.
SOCAN and Re:Sound
If you are planning a special event that includes live or recorded music of any kind, you are required to pay licence fee to SOCAN and Re-Sound.
The Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) and Re:Sound Music Licensing Company (Re:Sound) are collective societies. These collective societies can charge tariffs for the performance of music in public, according to section 19(2)(a) of the Copyright Act. Fees

Where do our guests park?
Guest parking is available in the designated parking areas on the north side of the facility. Guests are required to register their vehicle license plate numbers with the front counter staff upon arrival.
Can alcohol be served / consumed at my event?
All aspects of the sale and service of alcohol will be coordinated through Cafe Bloom.
Alcohol service must finish one hour before the end time of the event.
The consumption of food and beverages is not permitted in the pyramids.
Can we provide our own decorations for our event?
Décor items are allowed with these requirements:
Décor items cannot be affixed to walls, murals, artifacts, doors, fixtures, overhead beams, or windows without prior discussion and approval from the facility representative.
Fog machines are not permitted.
Dance floor wax, rose petals, rice, birdseed and confetti of any type, are not permitted within the facility.
Balloons of any type and animal entertainment acts are not permitted as decoration or entertainment at the facility.
Open flame candles are not permitted in the facility unless they have a minimum of 2 inches of glass higher than the flame.
