The City installed temporary Pop-up Dog Parks in neighbourhoods identified as high need for an off-leash area. Nineteen Pop-up Dog Parks were installed throughout Edmonton in May 2023, each operating for 6 months.

How Your Feedback Will Be Used
The City has been collecting feedback from users of the Pop-Up Dog Parks since spring 2023. We are using the information to understand the experiences of park and open space users and neighbouring residents. Feedback will help inform future decisions about Pop-up Dog Parks.
The formal public engagement campaign for Pop-up Dog Parks was completed in fall 2023. A What We Heard report will be shared in early 2024 and will be available online at Pop-up Dog Parks. Edmontonians care about spaces for dogs and people to be active and belong, so this feedback form provides more opportunities for people to share their thoughts on this initiative.
