Reserve ice time at City-operated arenas in Edmonton. Note that ice slots cannot be booked online and availability is not guaranteed.
To Request a Slot of Ice Time:

- Email Bookings and Information to request an ice time.
Please ensure you check the ice availability on MoveLearnPlay and review the Booking and Cancellation Policies before submitting a request.
Requests will be processed Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
A booking coordinator will then process a licence agreement for your signature and request payment. You can make your payment by Visa, Master Card or American Express.

Concrete/Staffed Facility Rentals
Availability: Monday-Sunday from 6am-midnight, including statutory holidays.
Rate: Adults - $166 per hour
Booking Timeline
We require a minimum of 1 business day (24 hours) notice to accommodate requests. All requests must be made via email.
- Any request made with less than 24 hours notice will not be accommodated.
Booking With Less Than 16 Days Notice
Bookings with less than 16 days notice are subject to confirmation of staff availability, as we will need to put in special staffing requests for such bookings.
- Once staff are scheduled, bookings cannot be cancelled
- If a client cancels a booking where a staff request was made, we will not make staff requests for future bookings for that client
- All future bookings will need to be made 16 days in advance or booked at times when staff are already scheduled
Cancellation Policy
For a partial refund, minus a 5% cancellation fee, we require 16-day notice for all cancellations and alterations. Any cancellations made within 16 days will not receive any refund.
