A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 11216, 11220, 11224, 11226, 11228, 11234, and 11238 86 Street NW.
The proposal includes:
- maximum height of 23 metres
- maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 2.5
- a maximum density of 224 dwellings/hectare (approximately 65 units for this site)
- parking in accordance with Section 54 of the Zoning Bylaw
The proposal includes an associated amendment to the Stadium Station Area Redevelopment Plan to enable the proposed rezoning.
Edmontonians were invited to a drop-in public engagement session on April 3, 2019 to learn more about a proposed rezoning along 86 Street NW and north of 112 Avenue NW.
Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council when the proposed rezoning goes to a future Public Hearing for a decision.
