This application proposes to rezone the properties from an existing Direct Control Provision (DC2.535) to the Commercial Mixed Business Zone (CB3).

The proposed CB3 Zone would allow for a range of medium-intensity commercial uses with opportunities for residential development (generally above ground level) in locations offering good accessibility.
