The Landlord and Tenant Advisory Board (LTAB) is now Tenant Support Services.
The City of Edmonton’s Landlord and Tenant Advisory Board (LTAB) has worked with tenants and landlords to raise awareness of their rights and obligations, and to resolve tenancy issues. We value the relationships we have built with our landlord clients over many years.
As part of the City’s efforts to end homelessness, LTAB is refocusing its efforts on supporting tenants and preventing eviction. Tenant Support Services will provide advice and information to residential tenants to address tenancy issues and ensure tenants are aware of their rights and obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act and the Mobile Homes Sites Tenancies Act.
Tenant Support Services is closed to any in-person services. Find out more about the City of Edmonton's service changes at edmonton.ca/ServiceChanges.
