The Landlord and Tenant Advisory Board (LTAB) provides advice and information to residential tenants and landlords to address tenancy issues and ensure that both tenants and landlords are aware of their rights and obligations pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act and the Mobile Homes Tenancies Act.
Tenancy Forms are available for sale including tenancy application, tenancy agreement, inspection report and notices. LTAB services include preventative measures such as:
- Customized public education workshops for tenants, landlords, property managers and outreach workers.
- Landlord course and publications to address any issues that may arise between landlords and tenants.
- Mediation Services are available to assist in resolving tenancy disputes/issues.
Crime Free Multi-Housing
The next Crime Free Multi-Housing course will be held November 16 and 17, 2016. Individuals who require re-certification can attend the half day course on November 18, 2016.
