The City of Edmonton, United Way, Staples and our regional partners are collaborating to collect school supplies to support schools participating in United Way’s All in for Youth program.
Donations will be collected at labelled donation boxes at facilities in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert and Spruce Grove from August 5-11. On Saturday, August 29, Edmonton Transit Service buses will be parked at all eight Staples stores in the city, with volunteers collecting donations of brand-new school supplies.
Financial donations can be made online on the United Way All in For Youth website by selecting All in for Youth under the “Designate” fund section (minimum donation of $10 for tax receipts).
Financial donations can also be made on-site on August 29 using credit, debit and cash.
Thank you for supporting Stuff a Bus for Schools and United Way All in For Youth! Donations provide students with the supplies needed for school, helping to remove barriers to education.

How You Can Donate to Stuff A Bus for Schools
- Donate new supplies at the collection boxes located in City facilities from August 3 to 28.
- Help stuff a bus with brand new school supply donations at Staples locations on Saturday, August 29, from 10 am-4 pm.
- Make a financial donation at the store or with United Way volunteers. Volunteers will accept debit, credit and cash donations.
- Donate online via the United Way’s All in For Youth website and select All in for Youth under the “Designate” fund section (minimum donation of $10 for tax receipts).
- Purchase a prepackaged kit of supplies at Staples for easy donation.
