Exercise Consultation

Not sure where to start? With an exercise consultation, a personal trainer will help get your goals in motion. This session includes goal setting, assessment, program design, and equipment orientation.

Private Personal Training

A personal fitness trainer will work with you one-on-one to supply you with the ongoing technical and motivational support you need to stay committed.

Personal training programs are custom made based on your goals, history and needs. With the right type of support you can achieve the goals you are looking for!

Semi-Private Personal Training

Grab your friends and family and help inspire each other to get fit! Semi-private personal training is a great way to save money, workout with your friends, and still get the personal attention you need to achieve your goals.

Packages are for 2-4 people.

Small Group Personal Training

Sessions are creative, progressive and monitored closely by a personal trainer to assess each individual, ensure proper form and progressions.

By keeping the group size small (5-10 individuals), you get the personal touch of a trainer with the motivation of a group.

Pre-registration is required, sessions are 4-8 weeks.

There are four types of Small Group Personal Training available:

  • Training for Anyone: Sessions focused on individuals and their goals.
  • Training for Flexibility: Enhance movement with mobility training.
  • Training for Beginners: Learn the basics of the squat, bench press, and deadlift.
  • Olympic Training: Learn safe and effective form for Olympic lifting. (Available in Women's Only and Co-ed.)

Note: Small Group Personal Training programs are not eligible for the Leisure Access Pass program discount.

Customized Small Group Personal Training

Love Small Group Training but can't make the time? Try our Customized Small Group Personal Training.

Find your group, find your trainer, book your time! Three easy steps to set up your own small group training sessions with a certified City of Edmonton Personal Trainer. Session goals and outcome focus will be created during the first consultation session. Classes must be purchased and scheduled in monthly blocks and can be arranged for 1, 2, or 3 times a week. Fees are based on number of sessions planned. Minimum 5 persons required.

Nutritional and Fitness Services

Nutrition is essential to getting the health results you are looking for. With the help of a professional, you can boost your health to the next level. With individualized nutrition counseling we can find you the proper plan that fits your lifestyle.

Nutrition Counselling

$125 / 1 hour session
$112.50 / 1 hour session (member rate*)

Whether you are interested in general nutrition, weight management, therapeutic diet, or healthy eating guidelines, our dietitian can meet with you to discuss your current habits and help you set realistic goals. Suggestions and meal plans are specific to your personal needs and lifestyle. Handouts will be provided based on your specific concerns.

Nutrition Follow-Up

$62.50 /30 minute session
$56.25 /30 minute session (member rate*)

It is helpful to follow up with the dietitian to reinforce your new eating habits, make any changes and answer any questions. Available to clients after the nutritional consultation.
