Knowing where and when you can park is important to ensure you get where you need to be safely and on time. Learn about the different parking programs in the city of Edmonton.
Features introduced in 2023, including free 15-minute curbside parking, extended hours, and adjusted rates apply in all EPark zones.
What you need to know about Edmonton's new payment system for parking in EPark zones.
April 29: EPark App will no longer take payment for parking.
April 29 - May 14: Parkers in EPark zones can pay for their parking session online or at an EPark machine using accepted payment methods or scanning the QR code.
May 15: The HotSpot App becomes available for use in Edmonton.
EPark App users with a balance under $25 in their account can request a refund until June 30, 2024. Accounts with $25 or more will automatically transfer to the HotSpot App.
City Hall Parkade is closed until further notice.
