Scope of work being performed on City land:
Provide a brief project summary that outlines the reason you are requesting a Right of Entry agreement . Describe the nature of the access activity performed on city owned lands throughout the duration of the temporary grant of access.This information is required in order to review, evaluate and draft the agreement.
