The Muttart Conservatory, located in Edmonton's iconic river valley, holds one of Canada's largest indoor plant collections.

Come explore the pyramids, with 700 different kinds of plant species and botanical gardens in four unique pyramids, surrounded by music, nature and beautiful works of art.

Our Marigold Gift Shop and local Cafe Bloom Restaurant make this iconic facility even better offering a unique, local and engaging experience.

Whether you are hosting your private event or organizing your child's birthday, Muttart Conservatory has something for everyone.

Plant Sale at the Muttart

The Muttart Conservatory is having its annual online Plant Sale!

Preview: Starting April 25-30, you will be able to see all plant products, information and pricing to make your selections easy and seamless.

Order: From May 1-4, customers will be able to choose their favourite plants online, pay for them electronically and schedule a curbside pick-up date and time using our online portal. Pickups will be done at the greenhouse entrance, not at the main entry of the Muttart Conservatory.

Pickup: Curbside pick-up dates and times will be from May 9-16 between 9am-7pm and May 17 from 9am-3pm

Dive into our newest show, "Under the Sea" at the Muttart Conservatory! As you explore the ocean, you will be greeted by ocean creature topiaries, as well as a vibrant display of coleus, hydrangeas and other splashy plants. Don’t forget to look up! Whimsical planted jellyfish will be swimming overhead, along with a few other surprises throughout the display.

Under the Sea is on display from May 3 - June 22, 2025
