A reinstatement of paid parking becomes effective on June 8 to address a significant increase in parking congestion Downtown.

Parking rates will be reduced in a number of EPark zones across the City where occupancy and congestion is not an issue.

A 30 minute grace period will be offered to allow safe curbside pickup/drop off.

Please review the City's refund policy and complete the following form to request a refund. An EPark representative will contact you within five business days on the outcome of your request.
