The purpose of this zone is to establish a Site-Specific Development Control District for retail, general commercial and office uses with specific site development criteria that will ensure a compatible relationship with the adjacent residential uses. The DC2 rezoning would also achieve a high standard of building appearance appropriate to the location of this site.
