Proposal to rezone 13431 118 Avenue NW allowing for small businesses and offices.

A planning application (map) has been made to rezone property at 13431 118 Avenue NW from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) to a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).

The existing zone allows for primarily single-detached, duplex, and semi-detached housing. The proposed rezoning would allow for small businesses and offices in addition to the residential uses. All development would be required to follow the development provisions of the current (RF1) zone.
