A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 13512 115 Avenue NW and 13530 115 Avenue NW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) and Small-Scale Infill Development Zone (RF3) to Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7). The rezoning would allow for the development of medium-rise multi-unit housing with a maximum height of 16 metres (approximately 4 storeys).

Input from Edmontonians will be used to inform conversations with the applicant about potential revision to the proposal to address concerns or opportunities raised. Feedback will also be summarized in the report to City Council when the proposed rezoning goes to a future City Council Public Hearing for a decision.
