2338 50 Street SW

A planning application (map) has been made to rezone a portion of 2338 50 Street SW in the Walker neighbourhood. The proposed rezoning is from Agricultural Zone (AG) to Public Utility Zone (PU) and Residential Small Lot Zone (RSL).

The purpose of the rezoning is to allow for the development of single detached housing and a public utility lot for a stormwater management facility (SWMF).

The proposed rezoning conforms with the associated Walker Neighbourhood Structure Plan (NSP).
