A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 8616 175 Street NW, 8620 175 Street NW, and 8624 175 Street NW in the Thorncliff neighbourhood.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) to Neighbourhood Convenience Commercial Zone (CNC).
The purpose of the rezoning is to allow the opportunity to develop a small-scale commercial site that will serve the everyday needs of surrounding residents. The applicant intends to provide medical offices and a neighbourhood convenience retail store.
There is no plan in effect for the Thorncliff neighbourhood.
